We can carry out data/comms/server room audits for your company. This is ideal if you are short of capacity on equipment or patch panels and not sure what patches can be removed or your comms room may be untidy due to badly run patch leads or cables. Solvings has experience in this line of work and a number of excellent testimonials from companies that have benefited from this work.

Most companies do not have the time or resources to achieve this kind of work and Solvings can step in and bring your comms room up to scratch and in an easy workable condition. We can also supply relevant patch leads to help you maintain the high standard of installation that we will perform.

Some of the options we can include in our data centre audits:

• Replace patch leads with colour coded patch leads to identify different circuits.
• Replace existing cabling with LSOH equivalents
• Create patching records documentation to show all patches and cabling that is active and highlighting all spare capacity.
• Initial survey can be done to show how much redundant cabling can be removed.
• Any redundant cabling or equipment can be disposed of by Solvings at your request.

All our maintenance work should have as little downtime if any as possible as most of this work is carried out, out of hours. We always keep an engineer on site until the customer is happy that all services are up and running as normal.

All our engineers are security cleared by the Government as we do provide services to the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
