We have excellent Project Managers, led by a Programme Manager who is a Prince2 Practitioner, an MSP Practitioner, and the whole group is supported by a highly capable and experienced PSO that provides the vital liaison between Solvings and your Project team – in fact everything that will give you a well-run project. The PSO constantly monitor current projects and should your Solvings project manager become unavailable then due to our shadowing concept another fully briefed project manager will be assigned thus allowing your project to continue seemlessly.
Deployments allow us to showcase our talents in managing engineers, administrators, coordinators and customers in a project or programme, delivering a refresh or implementation of hardware and kit either desktop or user oriented devices. Whether it is large deployments, small desktop changes or re-locations the flexibility to fit in with you, the customer is paramount to our success. Back office servers and routing kit, as well as infrastructure based – cabling – both copper and fibre all fall under our expertise and now with our new division Wi-Fi and wireless for all – exciting times ahead.
Networking is where the majority of our work in the MOD and the Atlas Consortium has been, and continues to be. We provide Infrastructure/Network Design Engineers that are skilled and professional, providing excellence and flexibility to deliver what you require. We look after numerous decommissioning projects which involoves redundant and costly systems from the bases throughout the country thereby reducing cost in the MOD.
