A Solvings Project Manager always has the backing of our own Project Office that will provide support for the Project Manager and your project engagement. We continually are briefed on the project engagements, we aim to understand the key deliverables and ensure the entire Solvings Team strive to provide contingency to your project should additional resource be needed or sickness happen. All this will be included in the price.
It is not just the management that we will oversee. Project Coordinators and Project Administrators are also available to ensure the whole project is controlled and governed in the way it should be.
As you will see, we specialise in deployments and all infrastructure related projects. From audits, using a variety of manual and automated tools, we can look after or liaise with your logistics solution. To the high end Exchange or SAN requirements that occur in large scale enterprises.
Using Microsoft Project to relay plans we will be able to give highlight reports and as much documentation required providing Risk and Issue control and management that will ensure visibility and maximum governance to the projects or programmes that we are taken on for. All projects will be run with a blend of Prince2 and provision of the documents that that methodology suggests will be available.
